Just download the new version of the \u201cStazioni IP\u201d app <\/strong>(available from the App Store<\/u><\/a> and Google Play<\/u>)<\/a> and complete the registration process. You can also register by presenting your Italian<\/strong> Health Card<\/strong> at a participating IP service station. It isn\u2019t currently possible to register via the self-service machines.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

What if I was registered with the old IP BOX Pi\u00f9 programme?\n\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/g>\n\t\t\t<\/svg>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>

The IP BOX Pi\u00f9 programme has ended, to access the new Pi\u00f9 programme you will have to download or update your \u201cStazioni IP\u201d app and proceed with a new registration.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

What if I already have a physical card or an ERG or TOTAL ERG card?\n\t\t\t

The new IPi\u00f9 programme involves the use of a virtual card and so physical loyalty cards (e.g. ERG or TOTAL ERG cards) are no longer valid. You can see the number of the new virtual card in the IPi\u00f9 section of the \u201cStazioni IP\u201d app.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

How does the welcome bonus work?\n\t\t\t

If you are a new customer you will receive a welcome bonus of 70 points once you have finished registering for the \u201cStazioni IP\u201d app. If you registered using an Italian Health Card you will only see the points after making your first transaction. Your receipt will show, among other things, also the total number of points you have accumulated.<\/p><\/div><\/div>
