The Group companies have adopted - in adherence with current legislation - a process for managing reports, including in anonymous form, that can contribute to preventing and countering unlawful conduct (see the list of offences at the bottom of the page) or contrary to the\u00a0Organisation, Management and Control Model<\/a> pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001 et seq., the Anti Bribery & Corruption management system (adopted by APIOIL UK Ltd) and the api Group Code of Ethics<\/a>. The report management process is an integral part of the Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231\/2001 et seq. for the Group.<\/p>

You can report unlawful conduct or conduct contrary to the code of ethics, the organisation, management and control model of api Group, the anti-Bribery & Corruption Management System (adopted by APIOIL UK Ltd), company processes, and\/or that may supplement or constitute the criminal offenses (relevant pursuant to Legislative Decree 231\/2001 et seq. and pursuant to Legislative Decree 24\/23) listed at the bottom of the page.<\/p>

These reports may also be sent by telephone to the following numbers. This is an automatic voice messaging system, with both name and message given anonymously. The system will simultaneously convert the audio into text, without recording the whistleblower's voice, and will enter the report in the aforementioned dedicated IT platform.<\/p>

The IT platform was developed from a\u00a0multi-compliant\u00a0perspective and makes it possible, through a separate\u00a0context\u00a0, to also report behaviour that presents itself \u00a0as a critical issue with respect to\u00a0antitrust\u00a0and consumer protection regulations (example: misleading advertising, non-compliant exposure of prices, etc.).<\/p>

In any case, the Group companies guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower. If you have sent a report anonymously, you can always supplement it with your general personal information.
