Request help or information on fuel cards

From this section, you can independently carry out the main transactions on your cards. Any request made vis the form will be sent to Customer Services which will deal with it promptly.

If you are not already a Customer, you can also contact us to request information about our services: IP Plus, TotalErg Card, IP Plus Fast, tolls and Telepass. Go to Business Contacts

Choose this case only if you are a TotalErg Card Customer and you own one or more Telepass associated with your TotalErg Card, for information on tolls and Telepass use the form Business Contacts.

Please be reminded that, according to the General Terms and Conditions of Membership, submitting a copy of the bill entails a cost of € 8.00 + VAT per copy.

Electronic bills, where provided for by this agreement, can be downloaded independently by logging on to the website IP Plus Online, If you have lost your login credentials or if you have never used them, you can request their re-issuance by selecting the request "Reserved area web user activation". If, instead, you wish to change your agreement, please refer to the section of this form.
Please note: no invoices will be sent to addresses other than those specified in the customer's personal details. If these details are edited, you can request to change your email address by selecting the request "Edit Personal Details".

At the time of subscribing to our card, you express the following optional consents:

submission of TotalErg promotional material
customer profiling to offer customised services

If you wish to change your expressed consents, you can simply select the following checkboxes.
By selecting the checkboxes, you authorise the above activities (described in more detail in the information you have already received at the time of subscription). By unticking the boxes, you can withdraw previously expressed consents.
In the notes section, you can make other requests in terms of privacy.

You can attach files with extensions jpg, jpeg, png, doc, docx, pdf, zip and rar. To send more than one document you can attach .zip or .rar folders.

To request an ADDITIONAL CARD you must attach:

Logbook of vehicle for which the card is requested.

Any illegible or incomplete applications shall be considered.
The card shall be accepted on the same accepting network (national or international) on which the cards already in your possession are accepted and shall be sent to the address specified in your personal details. If you need to change the delivery address, you need to change the office address by requesting to change your personal details, which can be selected from the dropdown menu above.

The card will be accepted on the same accepting network (national or international) in which cards in your possession are already accepted and it will be shipped to the address specified in your directory. If you need to modify the shipping address you have to change that address using the dropdown menu above.

To complete your submission, you must attach a request on headed paper
