Please note that after 3 PIN entry attempts, the voucher will be blocked for 24 hours, after which time it will automatically be unblocked. If the voucher is still blocked after 24 hours, complete the fields, indicating in the notes the serial number or PAN of the voucher
Note: vouchers cannot be replaced. For any non-functioning vouchers, the residual balance will be reimbursed
