"Download the new DRIV& App and join the loyalty program.
Receive 70 PUNTI DRIV& and PASS DRIV& with the WELCOME PACK when you register on the DRIV& App for the first time.

If you do not receive the verification code to complete your registration, you can request a new code once the timer expires. Please check that the phone number entered is correct and that your internet connection is active. If you still do not receive the code, please complete this form.
Promo codes can be entered in the dedicated section of the DRIV& App: Personal Profile – "Have you received a code?" If you are unable to enter a promo code, please complete this form and attach any error messages you may have received.
If you have already logged into the DRIV& App and are unable to access it again, please go to the “Forgot your password?” section to receive instructions by email on how to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If the email is not there and you are still unable to log in, please complete this form.
When you refuel at service stations branded IP, Esso, and/or other Group companies participating in the DRIV& program (available in the App under the Map section), you will receive:
1 PUNTO DRIV& and 1 PASS DRIV& for every liter of petrol or diesel in self-service mode
2 PUNTI DRIV& and 2 PASS DRIV& for every liter of Esso Supreme Diesel, Esso Synergy Supreme+ Diesel, HVO Esso in self-service mode
2 PUNTI DRIV& and 2 PASS DRIV& for every liter of product (petrol, diesel, Esso Supreme Diesel, Esso Synergy Supreme+ Diesel, HVO Esso) in full-service mode
2 PUNTI DRIV& and 2 PASS DRIV& for every kilogram of methane in full-service mode
You can also earn points by completing activities available on the DRIV& App, such as CHALLENGES, QUIZZES, and SURVEYS.

The program allows you to progress through increasing levels based on the number of PASS DRIV& accumulated. The program includes three levels. DRIV&: from 0 to 999 DRIV& PASSES; DRIV& GOLD: from 1,000 to 7,999 DRIV& PASSES; DRIV& PLATINUM: from 8,000 DRIV& PASSES onwards. For more information, please refer to the

The program allows you to participate in prize draws, subject to the availability of a specific Contest, which will be visible in the App.
The points loading code (Token) is temporary and changes every 5–10 minutes. If you experience issues with the code, please check your smartphone's internet connection. If the issue persists, please complete this form.
If you have requested a reward but have not yet received it, please complete this form and specify the type of reward requested in the details.
If points have not been credited, please complete this form indicating the type of missing points. If the missing points relate to a refueling transaction, please complete this form and attach a copy of the receipt or a screenshot of the refueling details shown in the App, ensuring that the following information is included: Service station, Refueling date, Product type, Price per liter, Amount (€), Liters dispensed.
If your loyalty level has not been updated despite reaching the required points threshold, please complete this form. Please note that the program includes three levels. DRIV&: 0–999 PASS DRIV&; DRIV& GOLD: 1,000–7,999 PASS DRIV&; DRIV& PLATINUM: 8,000+ PASS DRIV&.

To use the DRIV&PAY service, you must register for the loyalty program by downloading the DRIV& App and linking a payment method.

You can update the information you provided when registering by modifying the data in the dedicated section of your profile on the "DRIV&" App. Remember that you can't change the following information: Codice Fiscale / Italian health insurance card, name, surname and date of birth.
You can update your privacy consent choices by modifying the data in the dedicated section of your profile on the "DRIV&" App.
You can request to leave the loyalty program in the dedicated section of your profile on the "DRIV&" App.
