In line with applicable regulations, IP Gruppo api has implemented a process for handling reports (anonymous or otherwise) of practices or conduct that are illegal or contrary to the guidelines laid out in the Organisation, Management and Control Model (pursuant to Italian Legislative Degree 231/2001), the Anti-Bribery & Corruption management system and the api Group Code of Ethics.
The reporting management process is an integral part of the Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 of the api Group.
A special online portal has been created as a channel for sending and handling complaints. This is in compliance with Italian law 179/2017 which deals with the area of whistleblowing segnalazione-whistleblowing.gruppoapi.com
What can you report?
You can report conduct that is unlawful or is contrary to the Code of Ethics, the IP Gruppo api Organisation, Management and Control Model, the Anti-Bribery & Corruption Management System and to the laws and regulations of IP Gruppo api across all its companies.
Guidelines for making claims
Reports can be made either anonymously or by name. If made anonymously, the IP group undertakes to protect the claimant’s identity.

Once a report is lodged it cannot be modified.
KEY CODE
Once you have sent your report, you should make a note of the 16-character KEY CODE generated by the platform.
You will need this code to monitor your complaint and provide any further information.
If lost, there is no way to recover the code, so it is important to make an accurate note of it and keep it somewhere safe.
